Here’s an interesting Christological blog article written by a friend. I do appreciate that the author of the recommended book mentions that the term “son of” has different Biblical meanings. Muslims have false ideas of what true Christianity teaches concerning the Trinity and the Sonship of Christ and it’s a good thing that the author of the book touches upon this topic. Looks like a book worth reading and studying.
What does the bible mean when it refers to Jesus Christ as the Son of God? There are varying opinions that have surfaced in the history of Christianity and the discussion continues even in our generation. Many theologians have written on the subject from the perspective of the Trinity and the purpose of the coming of the Son of God as well as the pre-existence of the Son.
